Senior Administrative Executive - Hybrid Role

Job Type: Hybrid: 3 Days Onsite, 2 Remote

Duration: 12 Month Assignment

Schedule: M-F 8am-5pm Pay: $ 26.46/hr

About the Role:

Support a senior executive at UnitedHealth Group in a dynamic hybrid setting. Manage schedules, coordinate meetings, handle confidential information, and liaise with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage executive calendars and travel.
  • Organize meetings and events.
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Act as a liaison for the executive.
  • Provide administrative support to sub-teams.
Required Skills:
  • 7-10 years of administrative/executive support experience.
  • Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills (Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • High level of professionalism and discretion.
Pay Details: $26.46 per hour
