Administrative/Clerical Job DescriptionResponsibilities:- Process and submit payroll-related data through Paychex
- Handle general administrative duties and support overall office operations
- Communicate and coordinate with the IT department for internal system-related matters
- Organize, update, and maintain internal company policies and procedures
- Provide administrative assistance to expatriate staff, including logistical and operational support
- Assist with inventory-related tasks and support inventory audits
Qualifications:- Previous experience in administrative or general affairs roles preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Basic understanding of payroll systems (Paychex experience is a plus)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Knowledge of gross-up calculation and tax considerations for expatriate employees is strongly preferred
- Business-level proficiency in Japanese is required (reading, writing, and speaking)
