Acara Solutions is seeking highly qualified candidates to work On-Site with our Client in San Antonio, TX. Interested?

Here's what you'd do:
  • Under limited direction, this position will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients to the Office of the President.
  • Responsible for creating a positive impression, welcoming clients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner, managing the flow of visitors through the office, answering phone calls, taking messages, and redirecting calls to the appropriate staff member.
  • Provides complex administrative and clerical support, including all routine correspondence, mailing, scanning, faxing, faxing and copying and maintaining the filing system.
  • Prepares complex reports, correspondence and presentations.
  • Answers phone calls and responds to inquiries.
  • Maintains office supplies for the department.
  • Assists with the daily operations of the department.
  • Performs all other duties as assigned
Here's what you'll get:

Pay: $15.70 - $25.24/hr.

Hours: 40hr/week

Length: Temporary (3 Months)

Job Requirements

Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 7 years experience in office management and administrative procedures.
  • Minimum of 7 years experience in standard technology and software.
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Good organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Possess excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily
Additional Information:
  • Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen.
