Operations Support Specialist - Property Management Industry
Direct Hire $65,000-$75,000 (Depending on Experience)

A well-established leader in the property management industry is seeking a detail-oriented Operations Support Specialist to join their corporate team. About the Role:

As the Operations Support Specialist, you'll be a key player in driving smooth internal operations and supporting communication between residents, on-site property management teams, and regional leadership. You'll handle contract tracking, support customer service efforts, manage travel logistics, assist with property listings, and perform essential administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service Support

  • Monitor customer service programs and communicate updates to Property Management leadership.

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and concerns via designated service platforms.

  • Ensure timely follow-up and resolution of customer-related issues.
Travel & Expense Coordination

  • Arrange business travel for directors, regional managers, and executives in accordance with company policies.

  • Prepare detailed itineraries and manage logistics for business trips.

  • Process expense reports accurately and in a timely manner.
Marketing & Listing Support

  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to ensure property listings are accurate and up to date.

  • Monitor listing performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
Administrative Assistance

  • Provide administrative support to senior leadership, including document preparation, scheduling, and reporting.

  • Assist in tracking operational metrics and compiling performance data as needed.

What We're Looking For:


  • High School Diploma required; college coursework or degree preferred.

  • Prior experience in a support or administrative role, ideally in property management or customer service.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities.

  • Self-starter with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
