Summary:
Provides skilled administrative support to department leadership. Activities include producing documents, collecting, recording, sorting and filing information, handling mail, preparing routine reports, making travel arrangements, arranging appointments, responding to inquiries, data entry, and operating office equipment. Provides duties under limited supervision with a general level of decision making.

Responsibilities:
Provide skilled administrative support including coordination and communicating activities between teams within and outside department; aggregating, analyzing, summarizing data; coordinating and scheduling meetings; tracking/coordinating department programs.
Responsible for recording/communicating department meeting minutes in routine and subject-specific topics
Provide administrative support including creating and modifying documents, answering telephones, printing, filing, mailing, ordering and distributing office supplies and equipment; prepare correspondence and reports requiring strong understanding of department-specific matters: scheduling meetings and appointments, to include inviting participants and booking conference rooms.
Additional duties may include the following: processing online payroll timesheets for the department; processing confidential paperwork such as Payroll Notifications, Requests for Personnel, and counseling documents; creating and editing PowerPoint presentations.
Perform additional duties as assigned.

How You'll Be Successful:

WORK EXPERIENCE

At least 3 years Administrative assistant experience Required

EDUCATION
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training beyond high school Required
Two-year Associate's degree or equivalent experience Preferred
