Senior Accounting Manager

Responsibilities:

• Perform month-end close activities, including general ledger reconciliations and analyses.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
• Prepare journal entries and cash flow reconciliations.
• Manage and reconcile all bank activities.
• Prepare monthly balance sheet, profit and loss statements.
• Prepare intercompany billings.
• Assist in the preparation of all federal and state tax returns.

Required Experience:

• Prior real estate accounting experience required.
• Minimum 8 years progressive accounting experience required.

Education:

• CPA preferred.
