As the Regional Accounting Manager, you'll collaborate with executive leadership to oversee critical accounting functions, streamline financial reporting, and support the company's long-term growth strategy. What You'll Do:
- Oversee regional accounting operations, including AP, AR, general ledger, and cash management.
- Lead month-end and year-end close processes to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations.
- Support external audits, working closely with auditors and finance leadership.
- Manage reconciliations, forecasting, and financial statement preparation.
- Assist with payroll functions and provide administrative support as needed.
- Collaborate with leadership on budgeting, financial analysis, and strategic planning.
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors, customers, and internal teams.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: 10+ years in accounting or finance leadership, ideally in a multi-location environment. Private equity & acquisition experience preferred.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA preferred.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Suite, with experience in QuickBooks, Acumatica, or similar financial systems as a plus.
- Leadership: Strong initiative, ability to work cross-functionally, and exceptional communication skills.
- Detail-Oriented: Organized, proactive, and able to manage competing priorities.
- Self-Starter: Enjoys hands-on challenges in a growing, fast-moving organization.
