Estimated Salary Range:

• $80,000 - $120,000 base

Job Details

What You'll Do:

• Analyze financial performance and provide detailed variance analysis with management commentary.

• Prepare and post journal entries, perform account reconciliations, and ensure accuracy of monthly and quarterly financials.

• Assist with quarterly CFO reporting packages and annual budgeting processes.

• Identify and recommend opportunities for automation, process improvement, and enhanced reporting.

• Ensure compliance with internal controls, including Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) requirements.

• Support key finance projects and ad hoc analysis as needed.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• 3+ years of corporate accounting or finance experience.

• Solid understanding of US GAAP (knowledge of statutory accounting a plus).

• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, vlookups, modeling).

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
