Senior Accounting Analyst
Pride Health is hiring a Senior Accounting Analyst for one of its healthcare clients in Connecticut.
This is a 3-month contract with the possibility of a contract to hire with competitive pay and benefits. This is an onsite with potential for remote or hybrid.
Length of Assignment - 3 Months (Contract with a Contract to hire)
Location - Hartford, CT (06102)
Pay range - $80 - $100 an hour (Based on relevant experience)
Shift - M-F, 8a-5p
Job Summary
Senior Programmer Analyst will work alongside existing staff on activities related to PeopleSoft, SAP Concur, Service Now, and other Accounting/finance-related applications or responsibilities.
Job Duties
- These responsibilities could include but are not limited to system configuration, testing, training, data mining, reporting, customer support level 1-3 , error resolution, policies, and procedures.
- The role will also be expected to assist with various other hands-on activities as required, based on workload.
- The role requires a solid understanding of accounting and reporting processes and must demonstrate proven abilities and success with ERPs PeopleSoft preferred , MS Office, and SAP Concur applications either as an end user or in a support role.
- The ideal candidate should be comfortable communicating with internal and external customers in an organized and knowledgeable manner, delivering clear requests for information, demonstrating flexibility in prioritizing and completing tasks, and communicating potential conflicts to a manager.
Requirements
- BS in Accounting or Finance.
- 7 years of professional experience with 3-5 years with an ERP system.
- Knowledge of SAP Concur preferred and experience with Finance and Supply Chain ERP systems (PeopleSoft Preferred).
- Preferred Applications: SAP Concur, Oracle PeopleSoft, Service Now, SmartSheets, MS365; SQL and VBA programming language preferred .
- Advanced user in Excel.
- Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and oral/written communication skills.
- Attention to detail with the ability to perform and work within scheduled deadlines is required.
