What you will be doing: Accounts receivable duties Cash forecasting Bank and Order Reconciliations Collections Inter-company invoicing Maintain and process commissions Maintain Sales Orders (entries and billings) Perform journal entries Compile and analyze financial information to prepare entries to accounts, such as general ledger accounts, documenting business transactions Distributes expenditures, encumbrances, receipts, and receivables according to schedules Monitors compliance with generally accepted accounting principles and company procedures Serves as back-up for other accounting duties as assigned What you bring to the table: BS in Accounting, Business Administration or other relevant area; or equivalent combination of education and experience 5+ years accounting experience, including experience in a Government Contracting environment Experience with incurred cost proposals, government cost type billings, disclosure statements, allowable / unallowable indirect costs, floor checks, and DCAA audits required Previous experience with Deltek Costpoint and TM1 is a plus Experience in a manufacturing environment also is a plus Salary: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 / annual (commensurate with education and experience) Pay Transparency: The anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate.
