Job Details

This Senior Accountant role offers a unique opportunity to join a dynamic financial team supporting multiple subsidiaries. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical accounting skills along with the ability to drive process improvements and provide strategic insights to leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage general ledger accounting and financial statement preparation
• Lead agency audit processes and financial statement development
• Oversee fixed asset management and depreciation schedules
• Support budgeting and provide financial analysis
• Ensure regulatory compliance and tax reporting
• Collaborate on payroll processing
• Drive process improvements and efficiency initiatives

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• 5+ years of accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Experience with Statutory accounting preferred
• Proven track record with audits and regulatory reporting
• Superior attention to detail and analytical skills
• Excellent communication abilities
