Job Description: As the
Senior Accountant with one of LHH's best clients, you will be a part of a growing organization that values their employees and have a great work/life balance.
Responsibilities: - Oversee and manage month-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
- Perform detailed account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
- File and remit taxes and other financial obligations in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Manage and optimize financial and accounting software used by the company.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of revenue and expense accounts to identify trends and variances.
- Assist in compiling and analyzing financial data to determine the company's actual financial position.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Excellent understanding of accounting rules and procedures, including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Advanced knowledge and experience with Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.
- Proficiency in financial and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay Details: $75,000.00 to $89,000.00 per year
