Job Details

Support studio leadership in expanding market share and increasing net revenue.
Contribute to the studio's growth in alignment with strategic goals focused on firm expansion, expertise development, and holistic design.
Build and maintain strong relationships with past and current clients while developing new connections, working closely with Business Development, Marketing, and studio leadership to effectively market and grow our services.
Provide leadership and actively participate in all phases of projects, from initial client engagement and marketing efforts to contract negotiations, project execution, feasibility studies, strategic and master planning, programming, conceptual and schematic design, design development, construction documentation, bidding, construction administration, move-in, and ongoing client relationship management.
Take responsibility for the financial performance of your projects.
Mentor and support the professional growth of team members.
Engage in professional, civic, or community initiatives that reflect our core values, including passion, sustainability, equity, community, curiosity, and integrity.

The ideal candidate will have:
A professional degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
15+ years of relevant experience in the AE industry, with a strong background in design, planning, or project execution.
Professional registration or licensure in a relevant field; LEED AP certification preferred.
Experience managing projects of varying building types, complexities, and scales.
A proven ability to contribute to winning projects, whether in planning, renovations, or new construction.
Strong collaboration skills, with a track record of delivering exceptional client satisfaction and technical excellence.
Business acumen and critical thinking skills to drive successful project pursuits.
A results-driven mindset, with the ability to manage budgets, schedules, and deadlines effectively.
Strong interpersonal skills, including self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and relationship management.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
