Responsibilities:
- Oversee tax reporting for fixed assets across companies, from acquisition to disposal, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
- Manage acquisitions, sales, taxable distributions, and investment activities, ensuring meticulous financial accuracy.
- Handle accounting for international offices, including tax returns, financial statements, and audits.
- Prepare and file various US Census Bureau and state reports, ensuring adherence to regulations.

Qualifications:
