Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the general accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
- Perform job costing and project accounting, ensuring accurate allocation of costs to specific projects.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial records.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts, providing insights and recommendations for cost control and efficiency improvements.
- Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to monitor project budgets and financial performance.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Provide support for audits and other financial reviews.
- Perform ad hoc financial analysis and reporting as needed.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of accounting experience
- Percentage of completion accounting experience required.
- Degree in Accounting or related field is required.
