Audilimited LLC is a solid company with more than 30 years providing audit and accounting services, and recently started the journey of providing services as a single family office with domestic and international operations in Colombia, United States and Europe.
We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to lead our taxes and accounting processes, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and confidentiality. This role would also oversee our finances process, this role requires strong analytical skills, the ability to manage complex financial structures, a strategic mindset to improve operational efficiency, and strong communication with family members, clients, service providers, and our international team.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee financial reporting, general ledger maintenance, and month-end closings.
- Manage payroll processing, ensuring compliance with tax regulations and withholdings.
- Handle QuickBooks accounting, reconciliations, and financial documentation.
- Develop cash flow plans, budgets, and financial forecasts.
- Ensure accuracy in expense tracking, tax documentation, and check payments.
- Provide strategic financial insights to improve operational and investment structures.
- Collaborate with auditors and tax advisors to maintain compliance.
- Supervise and mentor junior staff, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial processes.
- Perform additional financial duties as needed.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- 5+ years of accounting experience in a corporate, family office, or complex tax structure setting.
- Expertise in QuickBooks, financial reporting, payroll management, cash flow and budgeting preparation, and investment analysis.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- High level of integrity, discretion, and confidentiality.
- Bilingue (Spanish and English)
Preferred Qualifications
- CPA, Master's degree, or certification in U.S./International taxes.
