This position is responsible for key accounting functions including financial reporting, month-end closings, accounts payable and receivable oversight, payroll reconciliation, and regulatory compliance. The Senior Accountant is expected to exhibit leadership in process improvement, maintain high attention to detail, and be capable of stepping in during the Controller's absence to maintain continuity of financial operations.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in accounting or finance
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Advanced Excel skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to work well in team environments
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to adapt, learn, and master industry-specific software
