Job Details

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to join our dynamic finance team. As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for daily financial activity, ensuring compliance with accounting principles, and providing insights.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the review and preparation of month-end financial reports, including variance analysis
  • Prepare journal entries, maintain and reconcile multiple ledger accounts
  • Assist in the development of cash flow forecasts
  • Will work with fixed assets and depreciation
  • Participate in the compilation of audit schedules and work papers
  • Assist in analyzing and reviewing transactions for proper GAAP treatment
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior accounting staff, helping to improve team efficiency and accuracy
  • Develop and maintain internal controls & standard operating procedures

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred
  • 5+ years of professional accounting experience
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar) and advanced Excel skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights
