Job DetailsResponsibilities include:
- Oversee general accounting functions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Reconciling company bank accounts
- Reconciling and analyzing accounts all other balance sheet accounts
- Filing various state sales tax returns.
- Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes, including reconciliations and journal entries
- Monitor and analyze accounting data to provide financial insights and recommendations
- Coordinate with external auditors and provide necessary documentation for audits
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities to support financial planning
- Develop and improve internal controls, policies, and accounting procedures
- Support special projects and process improvements within the finance department
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3+ years of experience
