Job Details

Responsibilities include:

• Oversee general accounting functions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Reconciling company bank accounts
• Reconciling and analyzing accounts all other balance sheet accounts
• Filing various state sales tax returns.
• Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes, including reconciliations and journal entries
• Monitor and analyze accounting data to provide financial insights and recommendations
• Coordinate with external auditors and provide necessary documentation for audits
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities to support financial planning
• Develop and improve internal controls, policies, and accounting procedures
• Support special projects and process improvements within the finance department

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree
• 3+ years of experience
