  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel; experience with SAP, SAGE, Tagetik, Qlik, or Power BI is a plus
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced, and growing environment
  • Comfortable working onsite 2-3 days per week and traveling up to 10% as needed

Why You'll Love It Here

  • Work alongside a supportive and seasoned CFO and leadership team
  • Build scalable finance operations in a growth-stage business backed by centuries of stability
  • Enjoy the balance of hybrid flexibility with an energizing office experience in Ballantyne
  • Join a company with a strong reputation for employee retention-no layoffs, just opportunity
  • Be part of a mission to bring high-tech manufacturing and automation to the forefront of industry
