The Senior Accountant is responsible for maintaining accurate financial reports, records, and the general ledger in compliance with GAAP.
- Support all aspects of the close & reporting process.
- Prepare month-end journal entries and assist with Profit & Loss Statement and Balance Sheet variance analyses.
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts, booking necessary adjustments.
- Conduct research and assist management with special accounting projects.
- Provide supporting documents for audits.
- Able to compile business data and translate it into useful business information.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
- 3+ years of accounting experience. Preferably in public accounting.
- Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
- CPA desired.
