Senior Accountant - Real Estate (Multifamily)
Location: West Los Angeles, CA
Compensation: $120,000 - $130,000 + Discretionary Bonus

CV Resources has partnered with a well-established real estate investment company based in Los Angeles in their search for a Senior Accountant to join their dynamic and growing Multifamily Accounting Group . This is an onsite position in West LA offering strong long-term growth potential and a collaborative team environment.
Core Responsibilities:
•   Full-cycle general ledger accounting for assigned multifamily properties
•   Perform monthly account reconciliations and variance analysis
•   Prepare monthly financials and assist in the month-end close process
•   Collaborate cross-functionally with AP and property teams to ensure accurate reporting Must Haves:
•   Strong general ledger experience
•   Real estate accounting experience (residential preferred)
•   Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field Nice to Haves:
•   Public accounting background
