Senior Accountant Financial Reporting

Focus Search LLC is recruiting for a Senior Accountant Financial Reporting for a global tech company with offices in Portland and San Jose. This role plays a key role in preparing quarterly and annual SEC filings, including earnings releases and 10-Q/K reports, collaborating with multiple business groups, managing financial statement disclosures, and overseeing the XBRL preparation process. Additional responsibilities include supporting non-GAAP reporting, handling external audits, and contributing to various regulatory filings.

Requirements
BA/BS in Finance or Accounting, CPA preferred
5+ years of experience
Strong understanding of SEC/GAAP regulations

Salary Range: $95-115k
