Description
- As the Senior Accountant/Analyst you will perform and oversee accounting operations including A/R, A/P, GL Accounting, and Revenue Recognition.
- Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances.
- Work closely with the GM and report on internal departmental P&L's, as well as work with key clients reviewing external P&L's.
- Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements.
- Manage month-end and year-end close process.
- Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting.
- Manage and comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings.
- Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
- Additional duties as necessary.

Profile
A successful Senior Accountant/Analyst should have:
- A bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- CPA or MBA preferred.
- Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
- Experience from Food and Beverage production or services is preferred.
- Have solid core accounting skills as well as experience with budgets, forecast, and month end analysis.
- Excellent accounting software user and administration skills.
- Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- This role is in office and located in Redondo Beach, CA
