New opportunity for a Regional Development Manager/Corporate Account Manager to join Sharp's corporate sales team, covering the territory including the Northwest and the Midlands.
Reporting into the Head of Corporate Business, you will strive to achieve your sales targets and new business objectives by utilising Sharp's comprehensive portfolio of technology products and solutions. The role is expected to be 60% managing and developing existing accounts and 40% acquiring new corporate accounts.
We seek an experienced Corporate/Enterprise Account Manager from the technology sector. A consultative, customer-centric approach and the credibility to build trust with corporate clients are essential.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate across departments to maximize sales opportunities and enhance customer experience.
- Balance time effectively between managing existing accounts and pursuing new business.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and activity KPIs aligned with business objectives.
- Maintain accurate customer records, next steps, and sales forecasts using CRM systems.
- Retain customer accounts and generate repeat business through high-quality account management.
- Conduct regular account reviews to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Proactively develop new logo customers through strategic prospecting.
- Cross-sell products and solutions using customer-centric questioning techniques.
- Create and utilize Customer Account Plans (CAP) to understand customer business, future plans, and challenges.
- Manage customer tenders from initial engagement to bid submission, collaborating with relevant teams.
- Manage relationships with third-party resellers and develop commercial opportunities.
- Participate in sales meetings and training to enhance skills and strategies.
- Complete all documentation to high standards, including proposals and orders.
- Engage with customers and prospects via social media platforms like LinkedIn.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Corporate/Enterprise Account Manager in managed print (preferred) or IT sectors.
- Excellent communication skills across all levels, including boardrooms.
- Motivated, professional, target-driven with a proactive attitude.
- Resilient with strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Accurate forecasting skills using CRM and sales data analysis.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication and influencing skills.
