Some of the responsibilities:
- Coordinating and managing the delivery of a variety of digital marketing campaigns across multiple sectors.
- Aligning internal teams to ensure consistent delivery of value and measurable impact for clients.
- Managing client and stakeholder relationships throughout the full campaign lifecycle, providing performance updates and commercial insights.
- Building strong, trusted relationships with client contacts by understanding their markets and identifying opportunities to support business growth.
- Handling budget management from estimation through to invoicing, and ensuring accurate data entry into the CRM.
- Managing service orders and purchase orders efficiently.
- Measuring client satisfaction and implementing improvements where required.
Some of the requirements:
- At least 4 years of experience in a client-facing or strategic role, preferably within a digital marketing agency
- Hands-on experience with digital marketing channels, particularly PPC and SEO
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a natural flair for building relationships
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to influence and engage stakeholders
- Strong organisational abilities, with confidence managing multiple clients and priorities
- Commercial awareness and analytical skills to interpret and communicate insights clearly
