We're seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager to join a fast-moving, high-performing IT staffing firm. If you have a proven track record of building relationships, landing new accounts, and growing revenue in the IT staffing space, we want to talk to you.

What You'll Do:

  • Identify, target, and secure new client relationships within mid-market and enterprise-level companies
  • Drive outbound sales efforts through cold outreach, networking, and strategic prospecting
  • Develop customized staffing solutions for client needs across contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire roles
  • Work closely with internal recruiting and delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful placements
  • Track activity, pipeline, and performance using CRM tools

What We're Looking For:

  • 3+ years of business development experience in IT staffing
  • Deep understanding of the staffing sales cycle and technical hiring landscape
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Self-starter mentality with a drive to win and grow
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
