We're looking for a senior account manager who has grown complex client portfolios, not just managed them. At SEBPO, you'll take ownership of key accounts, lead upsell and expansion efforts, and build executive-level relationships that drive long-term value.
- Experience in BPO, managed services, or outsourcing
- Proven ability to grow revenue and expand service adoption
- Comfortable engaging with VP/C-level stakeholders
- Serve as the primary executive-level point of contact for strategic accounts.
- Build strong relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders across client organizations, including C-level executives.
- Develop and maintain tailored account plans focused on long-term partnership growth.
- Conduct regular in-person client meetings to reinforce value, assess needs, and cultivate new opportunities.
- Operational & Strategic Oversight
- Align client expectations with SEBPO's operational capabilities and ensure consistent delivery excellence.
- Act as an escalation point for complex challenges, coordinating internally to ensure resolution and risk mitigation.
- Monitor client performance metrics and proactively address any delivery gaps or process inefficiencies.
