Senior Account Manager
Location: Worthing, West Sussex - Hybrid
Employment Type: Full time/Permanent
Salary: £26,250 per year plus £5,000 annual performance bonus (paid quarterly)
About the role
Our Senior Account Managers manage client accounts, building productive and profitable relationships with corporate clients. They handle incoming employee and client enquiries to maintain satisfaction, identify opportunities for account growth, and expand client engagement by introducing additional relevant products or services.

Key Responsibilities
- Communicate regularly with clients via email, phone, Microsoft Teams, and face-to-face to maintain relationships and educate them on our products.
- Understand each client account's needs, aspirations, and challenges.
- Identify opportunities for account expansion and business growth.
- Provide regular reports to clients on activity and engagement.
- Create MI Reports for clients to overview employee health and wellbeing.
- Organize and participate in client roadshows and webinars to boost engagement and health education.
- Manage client contract renewals.
- Implement Account Based Marketing strategies for your client portfolio.
- Ensure timely payment of client invoices.
Working Hours
- 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
- Work hours: 8 am-4 pm or 9 am-5 pm
- Two days per week in the Head Office
