About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned and results-oriented Senior Business Development & Account Manager to join our team. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven ability to grow client relationships, drive business expansion, and lead high-performing teams-particularly in IT services, staffing, and infrastructure support environments. Prior experience working with Fortune 100 clients is strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities across targeted industries and client segments.

Foster and maintain long-term relationships with enterprise clients to ensure satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.

Create and deliver comprehensive marketing proposals, business strategies, and customer engagement plans.

Lead and manage cross-functional teams of 30-50+ professionals across on-site and remote locations.

Oversee the full sales cycle - from lead generation and proposal development to contract negotiation and post-sale account management.

Collaborate with internal departments to align project delivery with client expectations and service commitments.

Monitor and report on account performance using customer satisfaction metrics, KPIs, and internal reporting tools.

Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client-sponsored functions to drive brand visibility and networking.

Manage vendor relationships, negotiate service contracts, and oversee budget planning for client engagements.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in Business Development, Account Management, or Sales within IT Services, Telecommunications, or Staffing sectors.

Proven success managing large-scale enterprise accounts, ideally with Fortune 500/100 clients.

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
