We are looking for a true hunter - someone who is passionate about breaking into new accounts, setting meetings with decision-makers, and driving revenue growth. This role requires strong cold-calling skills, creative digital prospecting techniques, and the ability to build relationships after the first deal is closed. Success in this role will be measured by new client acquisition, meeting-setting activity, and long-term client growth.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and Cold Call: Proactively identify, research, and engage potential clients via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other digital outreach methods.
  • Set Meetings: Consistently secure introductory and discovery meetings with new prospects (targeting hiring managers, HR, and executives).
  • Account Penetration: Develop deep client relationships by identifying additional opportunities across departments and divisions once accounts are won.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain a healthy and active pipeline of new business opportunities in the CRM system.
  • Sales Execution: Customize staffing solutions to client needs and clearly articulate our value proposition to differentiate from competitors.
  • Digital Marketing Support: Leverage social media, content marketing, email campaigns, and targeted ads to supplement prospecting efforts and drive inbound interest.
  • Collaboration: Partner closely with recruiting teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Reporting: Track and report on KPIs, prospecting activities, and sales outcomes regularly to management.
  • Qualifications:

    • 2+ years of experience in business development, account management, or sales within the staffing, recruiting, or consulting industry.
    • Demonstrated success in cold-calling, digital prospecting, and setting meetings with new prospects.
    • Strong hunter mentality with a proven ability to break into new accounts and drive revenue growth.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
    • Highly organized with strong CRM discipline (Salesforce, Bullhorn, or similar platforms preferred).
    • Self-motivated, competitive, and results-driven.
    • Comfortable leveraging LinkedIn, email marketing tools, and other digital strategies for lead generation.
