Global Medical Company - Capital Diagnostics Equipment

CLIENTS: Healthcare Providers, Hospitals, Physician Labs, GPOs

COMPENSATION: Base +Commission OTE 220K (Uncapped) + 6 Month commission payout ramp up time + benefits + company car + expense account + training.


POSITION OVERVIEW: Drive sales growth within assigned territory by managing existing accounts, securing new business, and strategically targeting conversion opportunities. Expand product adoption in hospitals and physician laboratories while collaborating with field teams to maximize territory potential.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategic Account Management

  • Grow and retain current customer base through strong business relationships
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities across the product portfolio
  • Leverage CRM data to build targeted lists for strategic wins
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and accurate forecasting
  • Coordinate appropriate corporate resources to support key account plans

Sales Execution

  • Execute strategic, objective-driven sales calls with clear goals
  • Tailor solutions to customer needs through active listening
  • Navigate complex hospital buying processes and decision-maker structures
  • Connect with C-Suite executives and key stakeholders
  • Articulate clinical, operational, and financial benefits customized to each customer
  • Negotiate effectively, linking product value to pricing

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years of medical sales experience
  • Demonstrated ability to sell to hospital and C-Suite executives
  • Experience calling on healthcare providers and hospital systems
  • Proven success with complex sales and consensus building
  • Exceptional integrity and professional reputation
