The Role: Senior Account Executive

We're looking for a high-energy, strategic closer to help us scale our partnerships. This role goes beyond just selling-it's about owning relationships, driving adoption, and shaping the future of how eCommerce grows.


What You'll Do

Revolutionize the Checkout Experience - Help brands turn post-purchase moments into repeat customers and new revenue.

Drive Brand Adoption - Educate brands on how our solution unlocks incremental revenue per transaction while elevating the customer experience.

Close Deals & Build Partnerships - Own the sales cycle from outreach to onboarding, developing long-term relationships.

Grow the Business - Work across both advertisers (brands buying placements) and publishers (merchants running offers) to scale a high-value, two-sided ecosystem.


What Success Looks Like

  • In 3 Months: Close key brand partnerships and drive early wins beyond our early partners.
  • In 12 Months: Scale partnerships across millions of transactions, generate $10M+ in ad sales, and help grow the team.

Who You Are

  • Sales Hunter & Closer - You have a track record of selling eCommerce, adtech, or marketing solutions and can win big deals.
  • Strategic Thinker - You understand both advertising and publishing, helping brands maximize checkout monetization.
  • Resilient & Tenacious - "No" doesn't faze you and you find a way in and turn conversations into partnerships.
  • Startup-Ready - You thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous environments and love building from 0 to 1.

Must-Haves

  • Experience selling to ecommerce/DTC brands (e.g., checkout, payments, loyalty, adtech).
  • Ability to source and close deals from scratch. You know how to reach decision-makers.
  • Located in (or willing to relocate to) SF Bay Area.
