Integrity identifies and acquires privately held business in the Networking, Security, and MSP Space. Integrity has closed on one company and is under agreement on two companies, one in Orange County and one in Phoenix, and is looking for a Senior Account Executive to assist with the growth of these companies and additional companies to be acquired. Companies under agreement represent over 100 employees across 10+ states and over $20,000,000 of current revenues. Integrity will continue to acquire companies throughout the US, targeting companies in Texas, the Midwest, the Southeast, and the Northeast. This position will be responsible for Growth in the Southern California Marketplace with opportunities to grow into a Sales Leader within the organization.


Job Summary


We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in building and managing a pipeline, particularly in Access Control, Security, AV, Networking, and Structured Cabling, and will be adept at managing account relationships while fostering a high-performance culture within the team. This role requires exceptional leadership skills, the ability to analyze market trends, and a proven track record of management and growth.


Ideal candidate will have Director level Sales Leadership Experience and during their career would have worked for both a manufacturer and integrator for extensive periods of time.


Responsibilities

  • Establish, Grow, Lead sales growth
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
  • Negotiate contracts and partnerships and close deals with key clients while maintaining strong relationships.
  • Oversee account management activities to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales initiatives with company goals.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management review.
  • Conduct training sessions for the sales team on best practices and new product offerings.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a sales, preferably within Access Control, Security, AV, Networking, and Structured Cabling
  • Extensive Experience in Establishing and Building high caliber relationships
  • Strong skills in outside sales, account management, negotiation, and relationship building.
  • Excellent analytical abilities to assess market conditions and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a focus on team development and motivation.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • A results-oriented mindset with a passion for exceeding targets and driving business success.
  • Experience working in the Enterprise, SLED, Government, and Data Center Markets
  • At least 10 years of Enterprise level sales experience
