We're seeking a dynamic Senior Account Executive to drive growth within a defined territory of named accounts. This is a high-impact role for a strategic seller who excels at building executive relationships, conveying a compelling value proposition, and managing the full sales lifecycle-from prospecting to close, expansion, and upsell.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage all customer development activities and revenue within an assigned territory.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers at target accounts.
  • Manage territory pipeline and forecasting with precision and accountability.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and other cross-functional teams to support territory growth through events, campaigns, and programs.
  • Master the company's platform and services to deliver compelling demos and articulate clear business value.
  • Provide ongoing feedback to internal teams on product positioning, customer needs, and the competitive landscape.
  • Contribute to sales strategy, planning, and continuous process improvement.
  • Represent the company as a trusted advisor and thought leader in healthcare.

Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 7-10 years of successful enterprise SaaS sales experience.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Demonstrated success in building and managing enterprise sales pipelines, including accurate forecasting.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise SaaS value propositions.
  • Prior experience selling into the healthcare industry is required.

Compensation

  • $100,000 - $125,000 a year
  • On Target Earnings are between $200,000 and $275,000 annually and is uncapped.
