Tradewind are working closely with a High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire Secondary School, who are seeking a SEN Teaching Assistant who is confident, knowledgeable and comfortable in supporting a range of Special Educational Needs.The Role:- Specific Role: SEN Teaching Assistant
- Location: High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire
- Start Date: Roles available from June 2025 & September 2025
- Salary: 90 - 95 per day (dependent on experience)
- P/W: Ideally 5dpw (Mon - Fri) - will consider part time availability
Structure of the role:- 1:1 and small-group SEN support
- Support and implement EHCPs/IEPs
- Pupil Progress tracking, identifying developmental areas
- Support lead teaching staff
- Promote inclusivity within the school setting
Skills Required:- Experience in supporting Special Educational Needs (SEN)
- A flexible and adaptive character
- A direct passion for working with children and young people
- Confident communication and ability to collaborate as a team
