Salary: £33,075 to £50,471 depending on experience

About the Role:

A specialist school in Aylesbury is seeking a passionate and experienced SEN Teacher to join their dedicated team from September 2025. This is a rewarding opportunity to work with children with a range of additional needs, including autism, speech and language difficulties, and SEMH.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver personalised, inclusive lessons
  • Create a safe, structured, and nurturing classroom environment
  • Adapt teaching to meet individual EHCP targets
  • Work collaboratively with support staff, therapists, and parents
  • Monitor and report on pupil progress and development

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS or QTLS)
  • Experience teaching pupils with SEND (in mainstream or specialist settings)
  • Strong understanding of EHCPs and differentiation
  • Patience, resilience, and a passion for inclusive education
  • Team player with excellent communication skills
