Austin, TX Full-Time Leadership + Sales

Income Structure: Base Salary + Branch Commission + Sales Commission

Base Salary ranges between $65K-$75K depending on experience

What You Bring

3+ years of staffing industry experience required (light industrial preferred)

2+ years in a sales-focused or leadership role

Proven success in client retention, account expansion, and revenue growth

Strong understanding of workforce management and scheduling at scale

Tech-savvy with ATS, CRM, and G-Suite experience

Knowledge of compliance, OSHA, and employment law

A leadership mindset-motivational, strategic, and grounded in accountability
