Role Summary:
We're looking for a detail-oriented and client-focused Account Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you'll manage the onboarding and ongoing support of self-funded medical, dental, and ancillary benefit clients. You'll serve as a key liaison between our clients and internal departments, using independent judgment to ensure high-quality service delivery and satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client groups
Lead benefit plan onboarding and implementation
Manage day-to-day inquiries and resolve service issues
Build strong client relationships through proactive communication
Collaborate with internal teams to support client needs and deliverables
Assist in preparing custom client presentations and reports
Requirements:
Required Qualifications:
2+ years in health benefits, insurance, or TPA environment
Experience supporting employer group plans (self-funded preferred)
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Ability to work independently in an exempt, professional-level role
