What You'll Do:
  • Customer Segmentation: Identify and define specific customer segments to enact targeted marketing strategies that enhance campaign performance. Track and analyze key metrics like engagement rates, conversion rates, and customer lifetime value (LTV), modifying strategies based on data insights.
  • Campaign Development and Execution: Design and implement tailored marketing campaigns across channels including email, paid ads, webinars, and social media, ensuring they resonate with SuperOps' target audience. Collaborate with content and creative teams to deliver personalized messaging and impactful collateral.
  • Customer Journey Optimization: Strategically enhance the customer journey for each segment and work closely with sales and customer success teams to ensure a seamless experience throughout the funnel.
  • Performance Measurement: Monitor campaign performance by analyzing key metrics such as Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and engagement rates. Conduct A/B testing and use insights to optimize campaign outcomes.
  • Collaboration and Alignment: Work with product marketing, demand generation, and sales teams to align segment strategies with SuperOps' overarching business objectives.
  • Market Research and Competitive Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies to refine marketing approaches and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Customer Insights: Analyze customer data to segment distinct groups based on various factors and utilize tools such as HubSpot and Salesforce to uncover trends.
  • Campaign Strategy and Execution: Design targeted campaigns addressing specific pain points for key segments, working with various teams to craft engaging experiences.
Must Have:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in customer segmentation and analytics, ideally within B2B or SaaS environments.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing successful segment-targeted campaigns.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot).
  • Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Understanding of SaaS metrics such as MRR, ARR, churn, CAC, and LTV.
