Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled, detail-oriented, and self-motivated Executive Administrative Assistant to work directly alongside the CEO of IGE. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role requires a committed individual who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment. Key Responsibilities: Assist the CEO with daily operations, including scheduling, project management, and task prioritization. Serve as a central point of communication for internal and external stakeholders across IGEs diverse brand portfolio. Manage client coordination, administrative tasks, and document management for high-level projects. Act as a strategic partner, helping to execute the CEOs vision through organized planning and execution. Maintain comprehensive documentation, track progress on key initiatives, and provide follow-up on action items. Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and manage the CEOs calendar with precision. Develop reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed. Assist in coordinating cross-brand projects, ensuring seamless integration between IGEs various business units. Qualifications: Proven experience as an Executive Administrative Assistant, preferably within a multi-brand or entrepreneurial environment. Exceptional communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in MS Office, project management tools (e.g., MSTeams, and CRM systems. Ability to work independently, exercise good judgment, and maintain confidentiality. Strong problem-solving skills and a high degree of adaptability.
