As a Security Technical Manager (that has the ability to obtain and hold a TS/SCI with a CI poly), you will be in a position that leading the enterprise security team which is responsible for developing, implementing and managing comprehensive security solutions. You will be an integral part of our team, building trust together by delivering innovative results that provide unparalleled security and peace of mind. Key responsibilities include: Maintain reports to ensure submission on schedule Management of team workloads to ensure efficient productivity Regular engagements with Program Manager as well as Government Customer Security Managers across the enterprise Management of security projects to include implementation of project timelines, monitoring of progress and making corrections/updates as needed Frequent, clear communications with collaborators and stakeholders High-level strategizing and road-mapping Manage the preventative and corrective maintenance program Local and national travel, as required (estimated 10%) Important skills, knowledge and abilities for this role: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage security support teams Ability to hire and train new security staff Knowledge of security hardware, software and network functionality, as well as informational and network security Experience working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams Requires a blend of technical and physical security expertise and excellent problem-solving skills focusing on electronic security systems operations and infrastructure Ability to work a flexible schedule, follow detailed procedures and have excellent customer service skills Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems (or similar) from an accredited college OR 10 years' experience in physical and technical security systems Lenel OnGuard Enterprise experience - Preferred Industrial Security Professional Management Certification (PSP, CPP) or other industry specific certifications relevant to the position - Preferred Background in management, preferably in Physical and Technical Security Experience executing and implementing physical security systems in enterprise environments Clearance Required - TS/SCI w/ CI Poly We're looking for intelligent, talented individuals.
