Description Job Name: Security Specialist Location: Springfield, VA Remote Work: No Shift Work: No Required Clearance: TS/SCI Position Type: Immediate opening ROLE: The Security Specialist will support a mission-focused team responsible for producing and securing Controlled Access Program (CAP) intelligence. The role includes responsibilities related to Special Access Programs (SAPs). Key functions include SAP execution, Co-Use agreement coordination, classification management, and conducting site assessments in accordance with ICD 705. An understanding of ICD 906 the CAP environment is essential. RESPONSIBILITES: Provide daily support for SAP and CAP operations Conduct site assessments in alignment with ICD 705 Apply knowledge of Co-Use agreements and classification management Support SAP personnel processing, including SIC/JADE account lookups and creations Maintain SAP training, records, and access submissions Manage indoctrinations, access management, and adhere to IC policy and directives Collaborate in a fast-paced, team-driven environment Communicate effectively through written and verbal channels Must obtain DoD SPeD Certification in accordance with DoD Manual 3305.13M within one year of start date MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: SECURITY CLEARANCE: A current & active Top Secret/SCI clearance is required. EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field EXPERIENCE: 7-10 years of relevant security experience, including: 3 years within the DoD or Intelligence Community (IC) 2 years of experience with SMS and CAC Experience with personnel, physical, industrial, computer investigations, classification management, operational security, or security education Experience directing the activities of other security specialists Clear Resolution Consulting (CRC), our employees are the heart and spirit of our company.
