Security Specialist with Security Clearance

This position will interface with all Radiance Technologies personnel levels, including executive leadership, senior management, and government personnel, to ensure contract security compliance with 32 CFR Part 117. Responsibilities include document control, DD Form 254s, subcontractor management, and personnel security. In addition, the candidate will support and maintain site security plans, processes, and procedures. Job Responsibilities: As directed by the FSO, assist Radiance locations in support of security activities and responsibilities in 32 CFR Part 117 compliance.
Conduct annual security self-inspections and support DCSA Security Vulnerability Assessments or Continuous Monitoring Engagements.
Assist the Corporate Document Control Specialist in the management of document control accountability process in accordance with the 32 CFR Part 117, DoD, and other applicable regulations and directives which govern receiving, inventory, safeguarding, marking, transportation and destruction of classified information.
Assist the Corporate Physical Security Manager with access control systems and physical security measures for multiple facilities and open storage areas.
Assist with DISS, visit requests, personnel security inquiries and eAPP initiations.
May be requirement to assist with classified visitor and meeting activities.
Assists in Security Education and Awareness (SETA) development, initiatives, and presentations to include OPSEC.
Oversees CAC requests and acquisitions for multiple customers. Required Skills: Active Secret clearance with the ability to obtain a Top Secret/SCI clearance.
Knowledge in 32 CFR Part 117 and other DoD security directives.
Proficient in DD Form 254 development and management.
Strong communications skills, both oral and written.
Must be focused and pay high attention to detail. Microsoft 365 products. Required Experience: 3-5 years of experience in security. Desired Qualifications: TS clearance.
Proficient in DISS, NBIS, SWFT, NISS and Sign In Solutions
Experience with submitting CAC requests.
Experience conducting security incident inquiries.
