This is an administrative security role - not emergency response or physical security. Issue badges and credentials for employees, contractors, and visitors
Capture and manage ID photos, fingerprints, and passport/visa images
Maintain access rosters, security databases, and inventory of alarm/hardware systems
Monitor clearances and process background investigations
Support briefings, Code of Conduct administration, and security documentation reviews
Prepare investigative assignments and coordinate with government sponsors
Respond to status requests and maintain correspondence files
Help enforce facility security policy under direction
5+ years handling personnel security in a federal or intelligence setting
Familiarity with: ICD 704 (Personnel Security Standards)
Executive Orders 12958, 13292, and 12968
Able to manage large volumes of case files, databases, and documentation
Comfortable working with government sponsors and stakeholders
