Security Operations Manager
Cavendish has been instructed by a top 10 security service provider to identify a Security Operations Manager (Guarding) to oversee a corporate portfolio in the London area.
You'll be managing a multi-million-pound security (Guarding) portfolio, responsible for overseeing operations and nurturing strong client relationships.
Focussing on providing a high-end customer service experience adapting to clients bespoke requirements and delivering on KPI s.
Contract growth and retention are key and go hand in hand with innovation and the introduction of solution-based thinking to obstacles.
Key responsibilities:
Central contact for Operations and client liaison.
Provide high-end security service.
Maximise the performance of the team through positive and effective leadership, combined with support and coaching.
Strategy implementation.
Process Improvement
Compliance/Audit
Ensure all company and legislative Health & Safety requirements are achieved.
Achieve and improve financial targets.
Commercial responsibility, budget setting, KPI setting and management.
Essential qualities:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills and confident communicator with senior management and at board level.
An ability to innovate and delegate to implementation.
Commercial acumen with budgeting and Profit and Loss skills and experience.
Additional requirements:
SIA License
Good health and safety knowledge
4+ years of relevant experience operating at a senior / higher management level.
Proven track record of successfully managing large teams in a corporate, customer-facing role within a security service provider capacity.
Location: Central London
Salary: To £60,000 + car allowance + benefits
