Our client's business security solutions provide high-quality access control systems, CCTV, and security installations for a range of commercial and residential clients. As they expand, we are looking for a skilled Installation & Service Engineer to join their team.
The Role:
Our client is seeking a proactive and skilled engineer to handle the installation, servicing, and maintenance of commercial projects. This is a field-based role, requiring travel to various customer sites. The ideal candidate will ensure all work is completed to high-quality standards while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Installation, maintenance, and servicing of access control systems, CCTV, and security solutions
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting system faults and providing effective solutions
- Ensuring all work is completed to industry and company quality standards
- Providing excellent customer service and technical support
- Keeping accurate records of work completed and any system updates
- Working both independently and as part of a team
- Adhering to health & safety regulations and company policies
What they're Looking For
- Experience in installing and servicing CCTV and access control systems
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
- Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Good communication skills with a customer-focused approach
- Willingness to work occasional Saturdays and travel between sites
