Security Hardware Technician 1 with Security Clearance

As a Security Hardware Technician (that has the ability to obtain and hold a TS/SCI with a CI poly), you will be in a position that is responsible for performing technical duties related to security surveillance systems, alarm monitoring and access control. You will be an integral part of our team, building trust together by delivering innovative results that provide unparalleled security and peace of mind. Key responsibilities include: Lead the Enterprise Security Team, managing workloads and ensuring productivity Design, install, maintain, repair, replace, test and/or service electronic security alarm systems Program and maintain equipment systems, including video surveillance, intrusion detection, fire alarm, asset protection and environmental detection Install CCTV, access control and intrusion hardware cabling Help with testing of installed equipment Provide basic programming, such as adding cameras, card readers and alarm points to any system Schedule and assist in performing preventative maintenance and repair Support security projects by implementing timelines, monitoring progress and making necessary updates/changes Important skills, knowledge and abilities for this role: Ability to manage technical support teams as well as train new security staff Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Excellent problem-solving skills and strong analytical skills Skilled with hand and power tools Ability to work independently or with a small team Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or Electrical Certification (Master), OR minimum 15 years' experience Clearance Required - TS/SCI w/ CI Poly We're looking for intelligent, talented individuals.
