Security Escort with Security Clearance

We are seeking qualified Security Escorts to support a Federal facilities maintenance and construction program. The primary responsibility of the Security Escort is to monitor and supervise uncleared personnel, ensuring the security and integrity of the facility. This role involves supervision of visitors and their belongings, including maintaining a continuous line-of-sight on visitors. Key Responsibilities:

• Escort Duties: Escort and monitor uncleared personnel and operational vendors throughout their time on site.

• Security Monitoring: Maintain a constant line-of-sight with visitors, ensuring they do not access unauthorized areas.

• Documentation: Maintain accurate visitor logs in accordance with site requirements.

• Information Protection: Prevent unauthorized disclosure of sensitive information.

• Compliance: Follow all company security and safety policies rigorously. Required Qualifications:

• Security Clearance: Must hold an active SECRET security clearance, or have had an active clearance within the last six months.

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.

• Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in security escorting, access control, military, or law enforcement.

• Communication Skills: Ability to provide detailed written and verbal incident reports, and professionally interact with diverse individuals.

• Technical Skills: Working knowledge of construction safety is desirable.

• Physical Requirements:
o Ability to stand, walk, and sit for 8-hour shifts, including in outdoor settings and all weather conditions.

• Independence: Ability to work independently in a detail-oriented environment.

• Transportation: Must have a personal vehicle for transportation. Working Hours:

• Shifts typically from 0600 to 1630 hours, Monday through Thursday. Specific starting times and shift lengths will be specified in scheduled escorting assignments. Location Requirements:

• Must be able to report to the secure site as required. Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong interpersonal skills to deal courteously and effectively with a diverse group of individuals.

• Experience in handling security operations in a federal agency setting is highly desirable.
