Key Responsibilities
- Deliver product demonstrations for MSP/MSSP prospects.
- Oversee technical implementation of solutions, providing hands-on support.
- Effectively manage trials/evaluations and proof of value of the platform at scale.
- Establish and share best practices for solution implementation and troubleshooting.
- Partner with sales and marketing teams to provide technical insights for go-to-market strategies.
- Represent the email and collaboration security product at field events (e.g., conferences, trade shows, webinars, seminars).
- Respond to functional and technical elements of RFEs/RFIs/RFPs/SOW.
- Develop and deliver technical training for MSP partners on product usage and best practices.
- Liaise with other departments (Products, Engineering, Support) on field priorities and product roadmap.
- Stay updated on new product releases and train partners accordingly.
- Identify recurring issues and recommend improvements to enhance partner satisfaction.
- Build and maintain relationships with key partner decision-makers.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales engineering, security engineering, solutions architect, technical success, technical account management, or a similar role in the MSP or tech industry.
- Proven experience supporting telco/strategic accounts.
- Expertise in troubleshooting and resolving email delivery and mail flow issues.
- Strong understanding of email authentication protocols like DMARC, DKIM, SPF.
- Strong technical presentation and communication skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with MSP partners and internal teams.
- Proactive problem solver with a passion for partner success.
- Ability to travel occasionally to meet partners or attend industry events.
It Would Be Great If You Also Have: - CISSP or other cybersecurity certification.
- Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
- Team player spirit.
- A passion for learning new things every day.
